Hello dolls!!
Okay, I'll start with yesterday was my 21st birthday. It was okay and could have been better, but I don't really have a lot of people in my life who care about me so the ones that do are 22 hours away and couldn't celebrate with me. Ah, well won't get into detail about people not caring because I refuse to let it get me down and I keep doing. It is what it is. I had an okay time as it became dark. My husband and I went out to Apple bee's and I got the red apple sangria. It was y u m m y!!
Anyways,
Today was week 1 day 1 of Turbo Fire and can I say I am so happy with my purchase. I watched the first dvd to learn a little bit more about the program, what it does and why. Then, I jumped into it. WOW. 44 minutes and I was beat, but I felt awesome at the same time. I was able to turn 564 calories in 44 minutes. I was hoping for 600, but I came close. I'm happy. It usually takes me using the elliptical and the treadmill to burn that. It also helped me start my water intake. Working on 6 glass right now. This program is defiantly for those who love to move around and have fun, while making changes in your body.
I can't wait to do it again tomorrow. I'm pumped!!!!! I have all my meals for the day planned and I'm feeling like this going to be an awesome day leading into a awesome week! Since I didn't start on Monday like I had hoped I had to do Monday's workout today on Tuesday and tomorrow is Wednesday I'll do Tuesday's workout. Next week it won't be confusing because I'll just start with what they want on Monday.
The scale this morning was my friend although I was OVER calories yesterday to do the drinks, supper and birthday cake. HEY, it was my birthday and you only turn 21 one time!! I enjoyed myself with my husband and I didn't care.. well I did. I hated seeing that number that I was over. My heart sunk, but then I came back to reality. 1. I haven't been over my calories like that in a year!! 2. I don't do it everyday 3. It was my birthday 4. IT could have been worse 5. Tomorrow was a new day 6. We all have slip ups once in a while and I chose for it to be my birthday!!
The scale says 147.9 which means I've lost! Woohoo, I'm not logging it until Friday though which is my official weigh in day.
This post is going to be short, sorry people. I'm exhausted and still have cleaning to do :) I hope you all have an amazing day and remember to tell yourself " I HAVE MORE, DIG DEEPER!"

The program is Turbo Fire by Chalene Johnson. I have an earlier post all about it including a post with a video as well :) Please do read it. It's an amazing program. I LOVE IT! Lost 1.1 lb. the first week.
